Q: Are there any premises area limitations for your services?

A: Basically, we have no restrictions whatsoever for the total area that we will need to be cleaning up…
In short, as we’re servicing both commercial and private clients, we’re used to working on big areas and we have a big enough staff size to accept absolutely any order!


Q: Do you offer outdoors cleaning?

A: Sometimes we do, but it is rather an exception out of the rules.
Hence, when it comes to doing the cleanup for large office buildings or vast warehouse facilities, we are open to doing some outdoor cleaning as well.
However, it is an extra charge.
The same goes for the Deep Cleaning service for individual clients when it comes to cleaning up the yard and garage areas in their houses..


Q: Are you fully insured and bonded?

A: Just to take this issue off the table at once, we can assure you, that both our company and all and each of our staff members is fully insured and bonded.

Q: Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

A: It is not obligatory that you are present at the time of cleaning, although of course, you’re welcome to be.
A majority of our customers (who most often are our regular customers) trust our brand as far as giving our cleaning specialists the door keys and the security alarm codes…
It goes without saying, that we take this very seriously and we guard your security at all times!


Q: Do you offer an ecologically friendly cleaning?

A: Absolutely!

Q: Will I always have the same house cleaner?

Q: What training does your staff go through?
